Fusium operates three no-bake sand process foundries that manufacture castings in ductile and gray iron, steel, stainless steel, Nihard as well as Magnesium and Aluminum. Our aluminum foundry also offers permanent mold castings. We specialize in prototyping as well as small to medium runs of built to print custom castings weighing from 1 to 14 000 pounds. Mold flow analysis are done in-house by our technical team who also operate our pattern shop where we produce permanent wood patterns as well as single use Styrofoam patterns. We also offer secondary processes such paint, machining, heat treat and non-destructive testing. All our foundries are ISO 9001:2015 with our Aluminum and Magnesium producing foundry being AS9100 and registered under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
