Labrador Rewinding Inc. (LRI) specializes in rebuilding motors at their facility in Wabush, NL, which is located in the heart of North Americas Iron Ore Mining industry that we have been proudly supporting for 22 years. Specializing in electric motor supply and repair, our company also offers a wide range of services and products in the field of electric motor repair; including service calls, rebuilds and repairs, calibration, the sale of new motors, generators, welders, transformers, and submersible pumps.. In 2016, LRI completed a project called the “Motor Exchange Program,” which is high demand to date. The specialty motors built by LRI are exceptional as they are not for sale on the open market. As previously mentioned, LRI’s innovation and expertise began redesigning motors. This engineering ensured the motor is unique by modifying the majority of the components to expand the unit’s life and efficiency in Labrador’ s cold climate. Implementing these features allows customers and clients to be satisfied with their unique requests in Northern Labrador. Upon completion of this project, LRI now provides a new service to customers and hopes to expanded production so it can be sold globally
