National Compressed Air (NCA) maintains four Canadian manufacturing facilities in Ontario (Mississauga, London, Sudbury) and Alberta (Edmonton), as well as a network of distributors throughout the world. NCA manufactures screw and reciprocating compressor packages for exploration, mining and stationary applications, including diesel, electric, gasoline or hydraulic drive packages for numerous applications. Specialized compressor configurations include man-portable systems, helicopter and aircraft portable systems, deck-mounted PTO compressors for existing drill rigs, two-stage oil flooded screw packages to 500 PSIG, and booster compressors to 5,000 PSIG. Extensive experience with the mining and exploration sectors gives NCA a unique understanding of the design necessary to meet rigorous applications. NCA manufacturing procedures permit design changes to meet specific operating conditions such as high or low ambient temperatures, high elevation, and dimensional and weight restrictions. Additional products include track carriers, mud pump systems, underground and exploration drill rigs, hammers and bits.
